The 4-day safari to Virunga gorilla hiking will take you to Virunga National Park which is found in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Virunga national park can be accessed from Rwanda or Uganda. In Uganda, the park is accessible from Kisoro district.

Tour Plan
Our guide will receive and welcome you from the airport; he will transport you to hotel for overnight and dinner in Kampala.

Morning breakfast to be taken from the hotel, you will embark on the safari and your first stopover will be at the Uganda equator for photoshoots. Proceed to Mbarara town for lunch at Agip motel, after lunch continues with the safari viewing hills covered with lush vegetation and banana plantation along the road. You will view the longhorn Ankole cows and terraced hills of Kigezi. You will spend the overnight.

Have morning breakfast, drive to Uganda-Congo border check-in and head to Virunga national park headquarters for briefing. You should carry packed lunch and enough drinking water and then enter the jungle for adventurous trekking. You have chances of viewing other wildlife a part from gorillas. You will have one hour with the gorillas after allocating gorilla family. Overnight and dinner.
Our driver will drive you back after your morning breakfast to Entebbe international airport for catch up with flight.
